So since all of us are stuck at home and obviously can't go food hunting, I'm just gonna write more reviews on products that I've tried. And hopefully one day, some recipe! Oh btw, I made lasagna for the first time few days ago, and it turned out great! I wanna share the recipe but I didn't take any picture of the ingredient haha! Next time lah hehe.

I have never thought of trying out FRESH products, as First- I mainly focus and am more attracted to Korean skincare products and second, FRESH range is way too pricy. Honestly. But I got FRESH rose mask last year during a giveaway and I fall in love immediately!
Since I really freaking love it, I wanna purchase more but given the price, I could only purchase the mini-sized mask. And that's when I stumbled on the Deep Hydration Travel kit. Why not try all of their products at once!

Disclaimer : I bought everything with my own money and my reviews below are based on my own experience, and a lil' bit of my husband's thought (I ask him to touch my face and compare how smooth it is after I use the product, and asked him to observe the changes on my skin and how he think of the product scent too).
|| ROSE FOR SKINCARE
I am not a fan of rose, especially a bouquet of rose haha. I know it's pretty for most of you, but maybe I'm just not a romantic type of person. And I kinda think that giving me a bouquet of rose is really a waste because all I can do is just watch them die slowly. But I don't think that way if you give me a bouquet of baby's breath, or sunflowers. Maybe I just don't like a rose because of it's romantic vibe.
But when it comes to skincare, don't let anything good slides and there's no such thing as a "waste" (except if you use the wrong product that makes your skin condition worse).
Rose has anti-inflammatory properties; which reduce redness and calm the skin, and also reduce scars. Rose has been known to be effective in hydrating the skin, lift impurities, soothe skin, and so much more.

|| FRESH ROSE DIVE INTO DEEP HYDRATION TRAVEL KIT
Travel kit or Trial kit are the ones I ALWAYS recommend to everyone who want to start trying a new product. They come in a really small size, so you won't be wasting as much money as purchasing the full-sized product that sometimes worth hundreds of ringgit.
So since I only tried out their Rose Face Mask and i feel in love deeply (will do separate blog post on this mask), and FRESH overall have a really nice review, I decided to try out the other range of products too. I get all FRESH products from SEPHORA. There are a few options of travel sized items and I was really attracted to the Rose Dive Into Deep Hydration Travel Skincare Kit.

Rose Floral Toner is a hydrating toner, and I really love the texture! This toner has water-like texture, and it's the best water-like-texture toner that I have ever used. This is because when I sprayed it on my face, it really doesn't feel like I am spraying toner onto it. Instead, it feels just like I'm spraying rose water on my face.
Surprisingly, even though it really feels like water and not thick as the previous toners I used (and currently using), my skin glows and there wasn't any dry skin flakes and my skin feels great. It doesn't tingle, and it doesn't feel dry. For my skin to feel okay with just water-like toner, I usually need to apply it more than 2 times or I have to use it with emulsion.

2. Rose Deep Hydration Face Cream
This cream has a very rich and thick texture, but surprisingly, it doesn't feel thick at all when applied to skin. I feel like I have to add the word "surprisingly" for every review of FRESH products as it was all great. But considering the price, it's not that surprising haha. But I'm kinda happy because I get what I paid for. It's expensive yes, but it works wonders.
Rose Deep Hydration Face cream doesn't leave the sticky feeling even after hours of applying it. It absorbs really well despite it's thick texture, and it leaves my skin feels fresh, look glowy, and smooth too. Even my husband is impressed when he touch my face (not lying). It improves the appearance of the skin and hydrates really great. This cream can be used in the morning and night, but I only use it at night.

3. Rose Face Mask
I will do a separate blog post for full review on Rose Face Mask. But for short review, this face mask is the best wash-off mask I have ever used (and... most expensive). It does what it claims to do, and it lives up the brand name- FRESH (it really is refreshing). My skin becomes really hydrated I literally can skip toner after I wash it off.
But no, I will never leave toner. Toner is life!

|| FRESH SOY FACE CLEANSER
Fresh Soy Face cleanser is really, really famous and the reviews are great. It's so hard to hear negative reviews on this cleanser, which is why... I bought myself a bigger size of the cleanser right after I tried the travel sized one, in less than a week! (I did some thinking though, since the price is... expensive ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜)
It's almost impossible to find a facial cleanser that has as many good review as this cleanser and people from all over the world are obsessing over it, which gets me super excited to give it a try. This cleanser is a gel-type cleanser, and it doesn't produce bubbles as the regular cleanser. And it's almost colorless too. It smells like soy + cucumber but it's just mild.

Most reviews for this cleanser is that it removes makeups AND great for dry and sensitive skin. My skin is a dry type, and I have tried so many cleansers that can remove makeup so that's almost normal for a cleanser to do. But all of them are bad for dry and sensitive skin. Except for this one.
I usually pat dry my skin and apply toner right away. Failed doing so results to my skin feeling so tight, skin will turns flakey and it feels dangerous hahaha. Since my current cleanser is doing really good, I feel okay. But with the wrong cleansers, I feel like a smile or any facial move I made before toner is literally gonna rip my skin open and bleeding because of the dryness. Of course, that's just describing how I feel without toner. This cleanser does not make me feels that way and I can surprisingly last quite long without toner and my skin is still not as dry as usual.

Okay, back to the function on removing makeup.
I tried removing makeups on my face by using Soy Face Cleanser alone and it's not bad at all, and I think it works even better with lukewarm water to remove makeup. I tried this but since I need to pray afterwards, and we Muslims need to really clean our face before we wudhu', I double cleanse using the same cleanser for better results- in case I miss some makeup on my face especially the eyeliners.
Pictures are the best way to prove something, I know. So I swatch my makeups including waterproof eyeliner and lipsticks, to see if this actually works. And here it goes : |

|| MY THOUGHTS OF FRESH BRAND
Overall, I really love FRESH brand and I am thrilled to try out their other range, especially the Black Tea Kombucha facial treatment essence and other serums they have. Financially, I don't know what to say. Because if I buy 3 tubs of 150ml Soy Face Cleanser, the total money I spend is the same as my monthly car installment haha!
But I love how even though it is expensive, the products lives the brand's name. All of them are of high quality, refreshing, and the rose range works really well for dry skin. And I kinda understand why they have to be so expensive - they works and they are of high quality too.
And now I'm gonna cry at the corner of my room and decide on how to be richer so I can have all of FRESH products for me. hahaha~
